1. About this service
QumranHealth provides a personal health tracking application ("the Service") at tracker.qumranhealth.co.uk. The Service allows users to log blood glucose readings, body weight, and medication (Mounjaro/tirzepatide) doses for their own personal reference.
QumranHealth is not a pharmacy, prescriber, clinical service, or regulated healthcare provider.
2. Not medical advice
All content, charts, estimated values (including estimated HbA1c), AI-generated responses, and reports produced by this Service are for informational and personal reference purposes only. Nothing in this Service constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult your GP, diabetes nurse, or a qualified medical professional before making any changes to your medication, diet, lifestyle, or treatment plan. Do not rely on this app as a substitute for professional medical guidance.
3. DVLA disclaimer
4. Free trial
New users receive a 7-day free trial of the Pro tier (referred users may receive an extended trial period as displayed at sign-up). No payment is required during the trial period.
At the end of the trial, the account will revert to the Free tier unless you choose to subscribe to Pro.
5. Subscription and payment
Pro access is available for a monthly subscription fee as displayed on the pricing page at time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the billing date. You will be notified before renewal.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time with no notice period required and no cancellation fees. To cancel, contact us at qumranhealth@gmail.com. Your Pro access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but we will always consider requests on a case-by-case basis — contact us and we will do our best to help.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use this Service only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Use the Service in any way that could harm, disable, or impair it
- Use any automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
8. Service availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
We are not liable for any loss of data, disruption, or other harm arising from service outages, bugs, or downtime.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QumranHealth and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, including any health decisions made based on data or estimates provided by the app.
10. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and software comprising QumranHealth is owned by QumranHealth / Qumran Health Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without express written permission.
Your health data remains yours. We claim no ownership of the data you enter into the app.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
